Hudson Crossing
Bluegrass
Saturday, October 26th at 5:00 pm
Hudson Crossing is comprised of musicians from all corners of the Hudson Valley. Made up of traditional Bluegrass instruments, they play heart-wrenching laments as well as foot-stomping breakdowns with equal enthusiasm, and their four part harmonies will leave you wanting more. Hudson Crossing’s repertoire includes traditional tunes, pop tunes done bluegrass style, and a healthy helping of original music. So come clap your hands, tap your feet, and get up and dance to the eclectic sounds of Hudson Crossing at our very first Community Concert at Calvary!
Neil Alexander
Pianist, Synthesist, and Composer

In this Community Concert at Calvary, Alexander is a local Newburgh artist whose music includes jazz, fusion, progressive, world,
ambient, electronica, and contemporary classical. Alexander is the recipient of the 2015 Individual Artist award from the Orange County Arts Council.
Sergei Kvitko
Pianist
Saturday, November 9th at 5:00 pm
In our first Thornwillow Concert at Calvary, Kvitko will perform an all-Schubert program consisting of the complete Impromptus and Moments Musicaux.
Sergei Kvitko’s career is as diverse as it is successful. As a pianist, Mr. Kvitko has captured the attention of music critics with his “polished pianism… glorious Horowitzian three-dimensional perspective” (Gramophone Magazine), “masterful, intuitive playing… arresting artistry… an iconoclastic sense for rubato rhythm and phrasing” (Fanfare Magazine), and has been praised for his “luminous touch… warm, round sound… plenty of brilliance” as well as “a natural, appealing musicality and sensual understanding of piano tone” (The Chronicle-Herald).
Caelan Cardello Trio
Caelan Cardello on piano, Graham Kozak on bass, and Samuel Boldoc on drums

In this Community Concert at Calvary, the Caelan Cardello Trio will perform smooth jazz for our enjoyment.
Caelan Cardello is a graduate of William Paterson University and has performed at venues in NYC such as Jazz at Lincoln Center, Mintons, The Jazz Standard, Smalls, Mezzrow, Carnegie Hall. Other venues include the Detroit Jazz Festival, the Bahrain Jazz Festival, the Omaha Jazz on Green, the Montclair Jazz Festival, and most recently the Newport Jazz Festival.
Graham Kozak is a graduate of Rutgers University and actively plays in New York City, Philadelphia, and across the state of New Jersey, at venues such as The Django, Mezzrow, Chris’s Jazz Cafe, and Minton’s.
Samuel Boldoc graduated from Berklee College of music and has pursued his musical career in New York City where he has performed with the likes of Curtis Lundy, Stacy Dillard, Victor Gould, Richie Goods, Pat Bianchi, Eric Wheeler, Craig Handy, Steve Wilson, Lonnie Plaxico, Dezron Douglas, Paul Bollenback, Harvie S., Josh Evans, Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Anthony Wonsey, Sheryl Bailey, and many others.
